Voices for Change 

This free music program promotes music-making between ArtHouse musicians and students of Appleby College.

Each week ArtHouse participants will visit Appleby College for an hour of singing, music-making with instruments and even dancing! The students of Appleby College will provide a fun, safe and encouraging environment for children to explore their musical talents. Bring your ideas, your enthusiasm and your love of music!

Grades 1-4 Wednesdays, 4-5pm
April 11-May 23 (with a performance for families May 23)

Grades 5+ Thursdays, 4-5pm
April 12-May 24 (with a performance for families May 24)


Pop Singing Live!

Brought to you by Juno award winning musician Errol Francis, this program allows each child to choose their own favourite song that they will learn how to sing in a recording studio along with perfecting stage presence, swag and how to handle a live microphone! Performance for families on the final day.

Video/Movie Producer!

Brought to you by Juno award winning musician Errol Francis, youth will learn the basics of movie/video making, create their own video/movie, learn story-boarding and scene organizing, the basics of creating a script, use camera angles and positions to get the best shot, learn how to edit raw footage into a movie in an easy to use video editor, add music or voice-over, export movie file and upload to YouTube, premiere movie night on the final session.
